To enter the 2nd Chance Drawing, purchase 5 Powerball with Power Play games on a single ticket between October 14 and November 7, 2018. Then send your non-winning, original ticket by USPS First-Class Mail for a chance to win 1 of 25 Powerball Power Cruise vacation prizes to Nassau and CocoCay, Bahamas.
ENTRIES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY USPS FIRST-CLASS MAIL. Each entrant must, at a minimum, provide his or her first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number on the back of his or her qualifying ticket, and mail it in an envelope no larger than 4.5" x 9.5" to: CT Lottery Powerball Power Cruise 2nd Chance Drawing, 222 Main Street, PMB 322, Farmington, CT 06032. Only 1 name allowed per qualifying ticket, and only 1 qualifying ticket allowed per mailed envelope. All entries must be postmarked by November 8, 2018 and received by November 13, 2018.
The drawing date is November 15, 2018. The Powerball Power Cruise sets sail January 19 - 24, 2019.
