CT Lottery’s Sportsbook at Arooga’s to Host a UFC 289 Watch Party and Giveaway

Shelton, CT / June 5, 2023 – Check out the exciting UFC 289 matches at the Connecticut Lottery Corporation’s new sportsbook at Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar in Shelton throughout the evening on Saturday, June 10th, for a chance to win.

Patrons are encouraged to stop by Arooga’s from Monday, June 5th, through Saturday, June 10th, to enter to win exciting prizes like a $250 Visa gift card or tickets to a suite at the June 20th Yard Goats game. Patrons who place a $10 bet or more at the retail sportsbook at Arooga’s can enter once per day through Saturday, with the giveaway drawings taking place on Monday, June 12, 2023. Food and drink specials are also available throughout the matches on Saturday night. 

The Arooga’s location, previously announced as one of the Connecticut Lottery’s 15 authorized retail sports betting sites in the state, opened in February with a completely redesigned and fully immersive state-of-the-art sports experience space. The dedicated area includes a two-story video wall, dozens of televisions, multiple self-service kiosks and teller windows, full food and drink service, and more than 50 beers on tap making it the premier location to take in this year’s tournament play.

Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar is located at 387 Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton.
