Powerball Drawing "Surprises" Griswold Couple with a $100,000 WinRichard Burelle, Jr., of Griswold was watching the Nov. 5 Powerball drawing on TV with his tickets in hand when he realized he had matched four of the winning numbers, plus Powerball number match. Thinking he had just won $50,000, Richard went to his computer to double-check the winning numbers on the Lottery's website, only to realize he had actually won $100,000. "I forgot I added PowerPlay to my ticket, so my prize was times two." Richard and his wife, Gloria, said they were so excited, they didn't sleep a wink that night. "It's still hard to believe," Richard said. "This is going to pay off a lot of debts for us."
