I bought a $2 ticket and I won twenty grand," Steven said incredulously. "I had two bucks left over from my purchase so I thought I'd try the new $2 game. When I scratched it and saw the prize, I wasn't sure I was seeing right so I asked the (retailer) to check it for me. That's when he told me I won big. I won $20,000!"
